Who can book?
Solo women, any duo, and groups of 3 to 10. Men may join a duo or group, but cannot book alone.
Can we choose different treatments?
Yes. Every person chooses a treatment and an authorised duration. Duos start together with two practitioners; end times may differ.
Will our group be treated together?
Together or in several waves, depending on the team and available space. You agree the individual schedule before payment.
When do I pay?
After our team checks and accepts your request, pay the full amount within 30 minutes of the invitation. Confirmation follows verified payment.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Ordinary cancellation: at least 12 hours before, 100%; from 3 hours inclusive to less than 12, 50%; less than 3, no ordinary refund. One free reschedule may be requested at least 3 hours before, subject to team approval and the retained refund cap. See the full conditions and exceptions.
Do you cover my address?
We check your full address and Maps location against the service area before inviting payment. A district name alone does not establish coverage.
