Share the accommodation name, full address and a Google Maps location link. Add useful directions for the entrance, reception, gates or parking. A map pin helps identify the place; it does not replace the access check.

Check permission at your villa or hotel

Before requesting an external practitioner, ask your host or reception whether outside wellness providers are allowed. Some properties have their own arrangements. Grand Oasis cannot grant access on their behalf.

Tell the team about reception procedures, stairs and any access restrictions. Resolve permission before payment rather than waiting until the team arrives.

Plan the space for the treatment

The team brings and installs the treatment equipment. Choose a place with enough room for that equipment and for the practitioner to move around it.

For a duo or group, describe the available space and discuss the arrangement with the team. No fixed room size or equipment layout is promised without checking the location. The agreed arrival time comes before installation; installation does not shorten the chosen treatment duration.

Choose treatments for each person

The catalogue lists massages, facials, body scrubs and packages, with durations and prices in Thai baht. Choose a treatment and duration for each participant.

The service accepts women alone, duos of any composition, and groups of three to ten. A man alone cannot request a solo appointment. Duos have a shared arrival with two practitioners, but different treatment durations can mean different finishing times.

Groups may need several waves. The team agrees the arrangement before payment; a group request does not promise ten simultaneous practitioners.
